Is there any cost to join the programme?

No. There is no fee to apply or to join the AWvi Ambassador Programme.

How long does the approval process take?

We review each application individually. If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps to activate your account and begin sharing AWvi.

What happens once I am approved?

Once approved, you will receive access to your personal ambassador page, where you will find your referral link or links, along with the tools needed to begin sharing AWvi with your audience.

How do I earn commission?

You will earn commission on every qualifying order placed through your personal referral link, in line with the commission structure.

Where can I track the sales generated through my link?

All eligible sales generated through your referral link can be viewed through your personal ambassador page, where you will also be able to monitor your performance clearly and easily.

How is my commission calculated?

Your commission is calculated on the net sales value of each eligible order attributed to your referral link. This means the calculation is based on the order value after discounts and excluding taxes. Shipping costs, as well as certain handling or processing fees, may also be excluded from the commissionable amount.

What happens if an order is cancelled or returned?

Commission is only validated on completed and eligible orders. If an order is cancelled or returned, the related commission will not be retained.

Will I have access to AWvi at a preferential rate?

Yes. Ambassadors benefit from preferential rates on AWvi’s solutions, designed to support product experience and facilitate credible recommendation within their community.

Can I use AWvi images and brand content?

Selected visual assets and brand materials may be made available to support your communication. These should be used in line with AWvi’s brand guidelines and only with the materials provided or approved for ambassador use.
